His unique combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and passion for empowering women leaders sets him apart as a coach and mentor.
Education & Early Career
Jim graduated first in his class at the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He then earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and later pursued a Juris Doctor, achieving the highest GPA in his graduating class at Concord Law School.
Early in his career, Jim worked on complex engineering projects across the globe, leading major infrastructure initiatives in Venezuela and navigating corporate negotiations in London. His roles highlighted his commitment to ethical practices and his ability to drive strategic outcomes.
